Set up your Scalegrowth account in 7 steps. Most users are up and running in under 30 minutes.
Sign up at scalegrowth.digital with your work email. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. Your organization is created automatically during signup.
Go to Settings > Organization to configure your organization name, mode (Business, Agency, Franchise, or Enterprise), timezone, and data region. The data region determines where your data is stored for compliance purposes.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click "Connect" on Google Ads or Meta Ads. You will be redirected to the platform to authorize access. Scalegrowth requires read access to pull metrics and write access to execute optimizations.
After connecting, Scalegrowth pulls your historical data (up to 90 days). The initial sync takes 5–15 minutes depending on your account size. You can monitor sync status in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Once data is synced, your dashboard shows key metrics: spend, impressions, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS. Each metric has a tooltip (hover over the ⓘ icon) explaining what it means and how it is calculated.
Go to Automation and choose your AI autonomy level. Start with Level 1 (Guided) — the AI will recommend optimizations but ask your approval for high-risk actions. You can increase autonomy as you build trust.
Go to Settings > Team and invite colleagues. Assign roles: Viewer (read-only), Member (manage campaigns), Manager (manage team), Admin (full access), or Owner (billing + deletion). Each role inherits permissions from lower roles.
Once you are set up, Scalegrowth continuously monitors your campaigns. Within 24–48 hours, the AI will start generating its first optimization recommendations based on your data. As more data flows in, the ML models activate and recommendations become increasingly precise.
