Campaign Management

Understand how campaigns are organized, monitored, and optimized in Scalegrowth.

Campaign Overview

The Campaigns page displays all campaigns from your connected ad platforms in a unified table. Each campaign shows its platform, status, budget, key metrics, and an AI health score.

Key Columns Explained

  • Status: Active (running), Paused (manually stopped), Ended (completed), Draft (not yet published).
  • Spend: Total amount spent in the selected time period.
  • Impressions: Number of times your ads were shown.
  • CTR: Clicks ÷ Impressions × 100. Measures ad relevance.
  • Conversions: Number of desired actions (purchases, signups, leads).
  • CPA: Spend ÷ Conversions. Lower is better.
  • ROAS: Revenue ÷ Spend. Color-coded: green (>3x), yellow (1.5–3x), red (<1.5x).
  • AI Health: A composite 0–100 score factoring ROAS, CPA trend, CTR, and budget utilization.

Campaign Actions

  • Pause: Temporarily stops the campaign. Ads stop showing but data is preserved.
  • Resume: Restarts a paused campaign. May take 15–30 minutes to serve again.
  • Adjust Budget: Change daily or lifetime budget. AI may suggest optimal budgets.
  • View Details: Click any row for detailed metrics, ad groups, ads, and keywords.
  • Export: Download campaign data as CSV, Excel, or PDF.

AI-Powered Optimization

Scalegrowth continuously analyzes your campaign performance and provides recommendations:

  • Budget reallocation: Shift budget from underperformers to top campaigns.
  • Bid adjustments: Increase/decrease bids based on conversion probability.
  • Dayparting: Adjust bids by time-of-day based on historical patterns.
  • Audience refinement: Suggest targeting changes based on conversion data.
  • Creative insights: Identify which ad variants perform best.

Automation level depends on your AI Autonomy Level (0–3). See AI & Automation.

Understanding Campaign Health Score

The AI Health score (0–100) considers:

  • ROAS performance vs target (30% weight)
  • CPA trend over last 7 days (25% weight)
  • CTR vs platform benchmarks (20% weight)
  • Budget utilization (15% weight)
  • Quality signals — landing page, ad relevance (10% weight)

80–100 = Excellent, 60–79 = Good, 40–59 = Needs attention, 0–39 = Critical.
