Lead Management

Track, score, assign, and manage leads generated from your advertising campaigns.

How Leads Are Captured

Leads flow into Scalegrowth from multiple sources:

  • Ad platform forms: Meta Lead Gen forms, Google lead form extensions
  • Landing page submissions: Forms on your website (via tracking pixel or webhook)
  • Manual upload: CSV import for existing lead lists
  • API: POST to /api/v1/leads for custom integrations

Lead Scoring

Every lead receives an AI-generated score (0–100) based on:

  • Source quality: Historical conversion rate of the campaign/ad
  • Engagement signals: Time on page, pages viewed, form speed
  • Profile match: How well the lead matches your ideal customer profile
  • Behavioral data: Email opens, link clicks, return visits

Scores update over time as new data arrives. The ML model learns what predicts high-quality leads for your business.

Lead Pipeline

  • New: Just captured. Not yet reviewed or assigned.
  • Contacted: Initial outreach has been made.
  • Qualified: Lead meets your qualification criteria.
  • Proposal: A quote, demo, or proposal has been sent.
  • Won: Lead converted into a customer.
  • Lost: Lead did not convert. Reason logged for AI learning.

Lead Assignment

  • Round-robin: Distributes leads evenly across team members
  • Score-based: High-scoring leads go to senior team members
  • Source-based: Leads from specific campaigns go to specialists
  • Manual: Team leads can assign or reassign at any time

Privacy & Consent

All lead data is stored in compliance with DPDP Act (India), GDPR, and CCPA. Consent status is tracked per lead. Data subject requests can be submitted and are processed within regulatory deadlines. See Privacy & Compliance.
