Plan Tiers

Starter — ₹2,499/mo

Up to 3 ad accounts, 2 team members, basic automation, email support.

Professional — ₹7,499/mo

Up to 10 ad accounts, 10 team members, advanced automation, A/B testing, priority support.

Enterprise — Custom pricing

Unlimited accounts and users, full AI autonomy, dedicated CSM, SLA guarantee, custom integrations, on-premise option.

Payment Methods

Scalegrowth supports two payment gateways:

Razorpay (India): UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, wallets, EMI. INR billing. GST invoice provided.
Stripe (International): Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. USD, EUR, GBP billing.

Your payment gateway is automatically selected based on your billing address. You can switch in Settings > Billing > Payment Method.

Usage & Limits

Each plan has usage limits displayed in Settings > Billing > Usage. The meter shows:

• Ad accounts connected — platform connections
• Team members — active + invited users
• API calls/month — requests to the REST API
• Active experiments — running A/B tests

When you approach a limit (90%), you receive a warning email. At 100%, the specific feature is paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.

Invoices

Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and available in Settings > Billing. Each invoice includes plan fee, any overage charges, applicable taxes (GST for Indian billing), and payment status.

Note: Ad spend is billed directly by Google Ads / Meta Ads. Scalegrowth does not process ad spend payments.
